Hi Tom! I received both of your comments and no worries. Honestly, I don’t have a good bbq or smoked brisket recipe. Briskets are not really my forte! :)

Hi Tom! Sorry, but I’m not a fan of bone marrow, so unfortunately I don’t have any suggestions for you! :)

I am trying to find the vegan dark chocolate coconut pie recipe on your site. I can’t find it. Can you help me with this? i just finished making them from the ZsaZsa Bellagio blogspot. I can’t wait to try them.

Hi Carol! I actually don’t have a vegan recipe for the chocolate coconut pie. I have this pie, http://www.marinmamacooks.com/2012/12/chocolate-coconut-pie/. There is a link to a vegan recipe at the bottom of my post that a blogger friend of mine made. The only thing I will say on her recipe is don’t make the pie in the muffin tins, as it’s super hard to get each one out. Use a tart pan or regular pie dish like I did. I also have some homemade almond joy and mound bars on the blog that are vegan. http://www.marinmamacooks.com/2013/10/homemade-almond-joy-and-mounds-bars/. Good luck with the pie! It’s delish! xoxo, Jackie
